DL Software Completes $5 million Seed Investment Round
January 22, 2026
DL Software today announced the completion of its seed investment round, totaling $5 million. The round was led by Infinitum with participation from Flex Capital, continued support from dao5, and many Godel users.
DL Software owns and operates the Godel Terminal, a financial information system. Godel is designed to be a more powerful replacement for legacy terminals. Users with individual assets totaling more than $1 billion have joined Godel, as well as many marquee institutions.
“DL has been quietly growing Godel, which has been in beta since last year. With millions of dollars of rapidly growing revenue, we’re proud of the start we’ve had and look forward to building the premier tool for Wall Street” said Martin Shkreli, co-founder of DL.
DL Software Completes $2 million Pre-Seed Investment Round

DL Software today announced the completion of its pre-seed investment round, totaling $2 million. The round was led by dao5, Naval, and Evolve Ventures. Other participants included Kevin Zhou, Meltem Demirors, Balaji, and co-founders from Anduril, Rippling, Flexport, Intercom, Lambda, Replit, and Ankr.
DL Software operates a portfolio of software products, including:
- Godel Terminal: a financial information system
- Neets: a generative AI API for text-to-speech and more
- Dr. Gupta: an AI physician
- Shoggoth: an image generation app featuring decentralized and edge compute
